Windsurfing: The Dip-Felixstowe
Wind Direction: SW
Wind Stength: 20/30
Surf / Sea State: Big
Air Temperature: 17
Sea Temperature: 17
Weather: Sunny periods
Max Speed: 25.4 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 34.6 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Got down early as I wanted to make the most of the low water and sunny conditions as it was supposed to rain in the afternoon.Being the first windsurfer there I had to chose a sail so I went for 5.6 on the waveboard and was on the water just after 10.That combination worked great for a couple of hours and with wind against tide you could go anywhere.I had a trip up to the river mouth to join the kiters but the conditions there were no better so I returned to the dip just before it tipped it down with rain which killed the wind for awhile. It then came back with a vengence so I changed to 4.25 and was abit under but then had another good hour fully powered as the tide approached high making getting off the beach interesting. So a good time was had by most although there was 2/3 damaged sails but not too bad considering and after 3hrs 35 mins decided to call it a day. Then got Mag and went to Levington to watch a couple of windsurfers out with 4.0 and 5.6 !!!!
